Inside Sales Associate

- Carry out strategic vertical market initiatives and direct sales programs in conjunction with company sales and marketing initiatives
- Lead nurturing through warm lead generation via SEO and SEM campaigns
- Lead cultivation and client relationship management
- Understand and present product marketing collateral including product and sales presentations, event collateral, whitepapers, web videos, product demos and partner resources as instructed by sales management
- Become effective at demonstrating the value of Glass Apps products as directed by the company
- Report to upper management on sales data and marketing campaign effectiveness
- Establish sales support for direct and indirect sales channels as directed by sales management
- Responsible to field incoming calls and draft outgoing correspondence in conjunction with sales and marketing goals set forth by the company
- Responsible for CRM maintenance, data cleanliness, and regular maintenance of lead and opportunity pipeline to maintain reporting accuracy
